Since 2021, our passion has been bringing top entertainment to West Texas. Now, we are ready to bring even bigger shows to our community through Out West Live at Midland County Horseshoe Arena.

Building on that proven foundation, Out West Live was created to take live entertainment even further. With deep experience in concert production, artist booking, and large-scale event execution, the Out West Live team is dedicated to delivering bigger shows, bigger talent, and enhanced experiences for the Permian Basin.

Out West Live will now produce concerts at the Midland County Horseshoe, transforming the venue into a premier destination for national touring acts across country, rock, hip-hop, and beyond, while maintaining the high-energy atmosphere West Texans expect. Owned by Sean Elphick and Ariel Herrera.
